CUD joins national dignitaries at UAE Heritage Festival
In response to an invitation from His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President’s Representative and Chairman of the Emirates Heritage Club, personnel from CUD joined dignitaries from across the UAE at the closing ceremony of the Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Heritage Festival 2016, organized by the Emirates Heritage Club.

Engineering professor develops new technology for cleaner air
Dr. Adel Ben Mnaouer, Associate Professor in the School of Engineering, Applied Science & Technology, is among a team of international scientists that has developed a pioneering technology to enable high-efficiency air quality monitoring, to help promote a cleaner environment and reduce health risks associated with poor atmospheric quality.

CUD extends corporate training services to Bahrain
CUD has joined forces with Seed Training Center to extend its corporate training and consultancy services into the Kingdom of Bahrain. The new collaboration was sealed with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between Pr. Karim Chelli, President of CUD, and Mr. Osama Al-Nuwain, General Manager of Seed Training Center, Bahrain.

global award
Professors of Human Resource Management, Dr. Rommel Sergio and Dr. Maria Jade Catalan Opulencia, from the School of Business Administration at CUD have both been named among the nominees for the 2016 Global Top 50 Educators Award, due to be presented in the UK later this year.
